I've been on the hunt for the best pho so next my husband and I tried Pho Ever after seeing their reviews. I had the veggie pho while he had their rare steak pho. Wow was I impressed by the amount of vegetables that came with my large pho. One of the best varieties I've seen. The broth is on the sweeter side than I am used to and noticed it tasted sweeter as my food soaked in the broth. I was also impressed how hot the pho stayed throughout my whole dining experience.
